LESSUNZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LESSUNZ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We are not liable for:

• Damage to your devices or data
• Loss resulting from unauthorized account access
• Issues caused by your failure to meet system requirements
• Third-party actions or content
• Your violation of these Terms

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or post
• Unauthorized use of your account

These Terms are governed by the laws of CA, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Bernardino CA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution of the dispute.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our Platform. Material changes will become effective 30 days after posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Account termination does not entitle you to any refund after the 3-day refund period.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you:

Upon termination:

• Your license to access the Platform ends immediately
• You must cease all use of the Platform and Content
• You must delete any downloaded materials
• No refunds will be provided (except during the 3-day window)
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Lessunz regarding the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
