These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time, and changes will take effect 30 days after posting unless otherwise specified.

Payment is required before accessing the Platform. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Some subscription plans may automatically renew. You will be notified before any automatic renewal charges.

• You may request a complete refund within 72 hours (3 days) of your purchase date
• No questions asked during this trial period
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

To request a refund within the 3-day window:

1. Email us at help@lessunz.com with your account email and order number
2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
3. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours

All sales are final after the 3-day refund period expires. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for:

• Partial subscription periods
• Unused subscription time
• Technical issues with your personal devices
• Change of mind after the 3-day period
• Failure to use the subscription

Refunds may be denied even within the 3-day period if:

• Your account has violated these Terms
• We detect fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy
• You have previously received refunds for multiple Lessunz purchases

Important Notice: This 3-day refund policy is a temporary promotional offer during our launch period and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Any policy changes will apply only to future purchases.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Your license permits:

• Access from multiple personal devices

• Personal study and learning only

• Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase unless you specify a future start date before first access
• Subscriptions run for the purchased duration and cannot be paused or frozen

You are responsible for ensuring your devices meet our minimum system requirements, which are posted on our website and may change over time.

• Using screen capture software, browser extensions, or any other tools to copy Content
• Transcribing, copying, or reproducing Content in any format

Unauthorized Distribution:

• Sharing, posting, or distributing Content on any platform, website, social media, or messaging service
• Selling, licensing, or commercializing any Content
• Creating derivative works based on our Content
• Uploading Content to any file-sharing or cloud storage service accessible to others

Technical Circumvention:

• Attempting to bypass or disable any security measures or content protection systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or applications
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform
• Interfering with the Platform's operation or infrastructure

Account Misuse:

• Sharing your account credentials with anyone
• Allowing others to access the Platform using your account
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Transferring or selling your account to another person

Our Platform includes security features that may:

• Detect and prevent screenshots and screen recordings
• Monitor applications running on your device during Platform use
• Disable clipboard and copy-paste functions for protected content
• Track usage patterns to identify policy violations

We will notify you if prohibited software is detected and may restrict access until the issue is resolved.

Violations of these restrictions will result in:

• Immediate account termination without refund
• Legal action for copyright infringement

The Platform requires an internet connection. You are responsible for all data charges from your mobile carrier. We recommend using WiFi with an unlimited plan to avoid excessive data fees.

You are responsible for:

• Securing your devices

• Notifying us immediately if your device is lost or stolen

We are not liable for damages to your device or data resulting from Platform use.
